PRECISION ONE PILATES – TERMS & CONDITIONS 

1. Introduction
1.1 Your agreement is with Precision One Health and Fitness Limited, a private company limited by guarantee, registered in England & Wales (Company No. 14817698).
1.2 These terms and conditions form part of your agreement with us. Your membership agreement consists of:
• These terms and conditions; and
• The rules of class use and studio conduct.
1.3 These documents together form a legal, binding agreement. Please read them carefully.


2. Starting Your Agreement
2.1 Your Pilates membership or credit package commences on the date you sign up and make payment through our ClubRight platform.

2.2 For standard monthly memberships purchased partway through a month:
• A pro-rata fee is charged for the remainder of that month;
• You also pay for the first full month at the same time;
• Credits for both periods are issued immediately.

2.3 Standard membership credits refresh monthly on the anniversary date of your first purchase. Credits must be used within the month issued and do not roll over.

2.4 After the initial payment, all standard membership payments are collected on the 1st of each month. Credits will not refresh if payment fails.

2.5 Credit packages (non-membership options) are paid upfront, valid for 90 days and expire if unused.


2A. Black Friday Upfront Membership Deal (Special Promotional Offer)
2A.1 The Black Friday membership is a fixed-term, upfront payment membership. It does not follow the usual pro-rata or monthly billing system.
2A.2 Payment is taken in full at the point of purchase, and credits become active immediately.
2A.3 This membership:
• Is valid only for the fixed promotional duration stated at purchase;
• Does not renew automatically;
• Cannot be paused, frozen, extended, or rolled over;
• Cannot be transferred to another person.
2A.4 Due to the immediate activation and discounted nature of the Black Friday offer, all Black Friday memberships are strictly non-refundable except where required by law.
2A.5 Standard membership rules on pro-rata payments, freezes, upgrades, downgrades, and 30-day cancellation do not apply to the Black Friday membership.
2A.6 By purchasing the Black Friday offer, the member understands that access begins immediately and all credits must be used within the promotional period. Unused credits expire and are not refundable.


3. Types of Membership
3.1 Memberships are available to individuals aged 16+ (with parental consent required for ages 16–17).
3.2 We offer four standard monthly membership levels: Bronze, Silver, Gold, and Platinum.
3.3 Standard membership credits are allocated monthly, must be used within the month issued and cannot roll over.
3.4 Credit packages are one-off purchases, valid for 90 days and expire if unused.
3.5 Trial classes may be purchased using promo code TRIAL and expire after 31 days.


4. Membership Fees and Payment
4.1 Membership fees vary depending on the level selected.
4.2 Fees are displayed on our website and within ClubRight at checkout.

Standard Membership Fees
4.3 Joining mid-month results in a pro-rata fee plus the next full month upfront.
4.4 Standard membership payments are taken on the 1st of each month.
4.5 Credits must be used within the month issued and do not roll over.
4.6 Membership fees remain payable whether or not credits are used.

Black Friday Membership Fees
4.7 Black Friday memberships are paid upfront in full, activated immediately, and do not form part of the monthly billing cycle. They are not eligible for pro-rata adjustments or refunds.


5. Membership Changes, Cancellation & Freezing
Standard Memberships
5.1 Cooling-off period: 14 days for online purchases. Any classes used will be deducted from the refund.
5.2 Standard membership cancellation requires 30 days’ notice, taking effect from the 1st of the following month.
5.3 Upgrades or downgrades take effect from the 1st of the next month.
5.4 Changes or cancellations must be submitted in writing to precision1pilates@gmail.com.
5.5 Unused credits at cancellation are lost and non-refundable.
5.6 Freezing standard memberships is permitted for full calendar months only, for valid reasons (pregnancy, serious illness, injury, redundancy). Freezes must be requested in writing. Credits cannot be carried over or saved during a freeze.

Black Friday Memberships
5.7 Black Friday memberships cannot be cancelled, amended, refunded, or frozen once purchased, except where required by law.


6. Class Bookings & Cancellations
6.1 All classes must be booked via ClubRight.
6.2 24 hours' notice is required for cancellations. Less than 24 hours’ notice or failure to attend results in loss of the credit.
6.3 No-Show Policy: Three instances of non-attendance without notice may result in a 7-day booking restriction. Expired credits during this period are not refundable or reissued.


7. Studio Etiquette & Safety
7.1 Arrival more than 5 minutes late may result in refusal of entry. The credit will be forfeited.
7.2 Phones and belongings must be stored in the drawers or lockers provided; none are permitted in class.
7.3 Shoes must be left on the rack outside the studio.
7.4 No entry to the studio without an instructor present.
7.5 All reformer beds must be cleaned after use and left with springs detached.


8. Refunds & Transfers
8.1 Memberships and credit packages are non-refundable, except where required by law.
8.2 Black Friday memberships are strictly non-refundable due to their discounted and upfront nature.
8.3 Credits and memberships are non-transferable and may only be used by the purchasing member.


9. Holiday & Studio Closures
9.1 The studio may close for public holidays and seasonal breaks.
9.2 Additional classes may be scheduled throughout the year.
9.3 Standard credit expiry rules apply during closures.


10. Force Majeure / Unexpected Events
10.1 If circumstances such as weather or government restrictions force class cancellations, we will make reasonable efforts to reschedule or provide alternatives.
10.2 If a class cannot be replaced, credits will be reissued.


11. Liability & Health
11.1 You are responsible for ensuring you are physically fit to participate.
11.2 By attending classes, you confirm that no medical condition prevents safe participation.
11.3 We are not responsible for loss or damage to personal property.
11.4 We are not liable for injury, illness, or death unless caused by our negligence.


12. Data Protection
12.1 We handle personal data according to our Privacy Policy.
12.2 By joining, you consent to receiving essential membership communications.


13. Governing Law
13.1 This agreement is governed by the laws of England and Wales.
13.2 Disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
