From that point onward, your credits will refresh on the date of your first purchase each month (e.g., the 15th in the above example).
-
Credits must be used within the month purchased for and cannot roll over.

6. Class Bookings & Cancellations
6.1 All classes must be booked via ClubRight.
6.2 24 hours’ notice is required for class cancellations.

Less than 24 hours’ notice = credit lost.
-

-
We encourage members to cancel early so spaces can be reallocated.
6.3 No-Show Policy:
-
If a member fails to inform the instructor team of an absence on three occasions, Precision One reserves the right to restrict that member’s booking access for a 7-day period.
-
During this restriction, the member will not be able to book further classes.
-
If this results in credits expiring unused, the company is not obliged to refund or reallocate them.
-
It is the member’s responsibility to notify us of any absences in order to avoid restriction.
