Your data is stored and processed on our behalf by ClubRight Limited, Unit 4 Radford Business Park, Radford Way, Billericay, England, CM12 0DP, Company Reg: 08046467. Your data is stored in the UK and may be accessed by ClubRight employees. All processing is performed in strict compliance with GDPR.

3.2 Purposes of Processing and Legal Basis

The primary purpose of collecting your personal data is to provide the services defined in your membership agreement. This includes:

  • Contacting you regarding your membership or credit package.

  • Managing your gym access and bookings.

  • Facilitating member rewards (if applicable).

  • Resolving issues and improving our services.

  • Complying with legal and regulatory obligations.

We only use your data in accordance with applicable data protection laws. All employees and third-party providers are obliged to respect your privacy.
