1. Introduction
1.1 Your agreement is with Precision One Health and Fitness Limited, a private company limited by guarantee, registered in England & Wales (Company No. 14817698).
1.2 These Terms & Conditions form part of your membership agreement with us and replace any previous versions. Your membership agreement consists of these Terms & Conditions together with the Pilates Studio Rules and, where applicable, the Gym Rules. Together, these documents form a legally binding agreement. Please read them carefully.
2. Starting Your Agreement
2.1 Your Pilates membership or credit package begins on the date you complete your registration and payment through ClubRight.
2.2 If you purchase a standard monthly membership part-way through a month, you will pay a pro-rata amount for the remainder of that month together with your first full month's payment. Your class credits will be issued immediately.
2.3 Standard membership credits refresh monthly and must be used within the month they are issued. Unused credits expire and cannot be carried forward.
2.4 Ongoing monthly membership payments are collected on the 1st of each month. If payment fails, credits will not be issued until payment has been received.
2.5 Credit packages are paid in full at the time of purchase, remain valid for 90 days and expire if unused.
2A. Promotional Memberships & Offers
2A.1 From time to time, Precision Pilates may offer fixed-term promotional memberships, introductory programmes, discounted membership offers or other limited-time promotions. The specific terms, duration and benefits of each promotional offer will be communicated at the time of purchase.
2A.2 Unless otherwise stated, promotional memberships and offers are paid in full at the time of purchase, commence immediately upon payment and do not renew automatically.
2A.3 Promotional memberships and offers cannot be cancelled, frozen, transferred, amended, extended or refunded once purchased, except where required by law or where expressly stated within the terms of the specific promotion.
2A.4 Standard membership provisions relating to pro-rata payments, monthly billing, freezes, upgrades, downgrades, cancellations and credit rollover do not apply to promotional memberships or offers unless expressly stated otherwise.
2A.5 By purchasing a promotional membership or offer, you acknowledge that access begins immediately upon activation and that any classes, credits or benefits included within the promotion must be used within the stated promotional period unless otherwise specified. Any unused classes, credits or benefits will expire at the end of the promotional period and are non-refundable.
